I agree, really sounds like a special remix on the single. I like it!

Maybe Scooter will start a Fancontest/Remixcontest someday and the three best productions will be on the next single or something like that.

The concept isn't bad, however I wouldn't call this house :P Rather some kind of dance.

For me it sounds a bit blunt. It lacks effects and variety. Try a bit more rhapsodic structure with lots and lots of changes in the groove. Use distortions / filters ever 32 beats or so.
Get a better production so it will blow up. In this form it sounds very cheap.

Lots of changes, varying flow and stuff. Overall 4/4 scheme spiced up with breakbeat parts for example.
