1. It's A biz 79
2. C’est Bleu 77
3. David Doesn’t Eat 67
4. The Only One 45
5. Friends Turbo 43

Come on! We can do worse, release another single from TBMU

TBMU is not the final nail in the coffin. BUT they first five are already nailed. :D ;) :D ;) :D ;)

They're not dead yet. I think they can still deliver new monster hits. But the smartest thing probably is that they take a break. Unplug everything that has to do with music. So that they will refresh their minds. So that the ideas will come to them.

My words man. What I wanted to say with my last post: they should just try to make good songs and not chase for a certain style. Let the ideas come and give them everything they need to work in a great way and not everything they need to fit into a certain (hardstyle, house, dubstep...) scheme. ;)
If a track is "round" and catchy and contains the typical Scooter elements with some variations/fresh ideas, the certain style or genre won't be that decisive anymore.

in a way im not surprised, but i had high hopes for this one, it is the better of all the singles but it failed for the biggest reason, no promo, it started good, even like CB, but they never followed it up, where was the radio and tv spots, no promo at stores and the big chance of the tour and hamburgs show was cast aside,

among this scooter have lost THEIR style and just followed the trends for the last 3 albums

for me their is something wrong, since ONE, they have had no gold selling singles, i will say ONE and T? were unlucky, they must have been close,
but look at JAOTW the album it had a nice 49 weeks in the chart, but it took that long to get gold, so it took them 49 weeks to sell100.000, that for me is bad for scooter, one time they would have flashed that,

so i come to the conclusion, that people are not interested in scooter anymore, but this always happens to bands who have been around a while, the rolling stones had the same problem, after a while their singles just flopped.

if scooter wanna come back to the top they need to take a step back to how they were and make it modern in the charts again, also the promo needs a big look at, if this dont work then i dont know.

BTW, IAB may still climb after the tour, so its not lost yet, but dont bank on it.

So this is the biggest single flop of the Scooter history! 8|
I wonder how long they will continue with the 4th CHAPTER???
everytime they fall depper in the charts next time 85? then 90? and then not in the charts anymore?
If the next single is a flop again i think the people will just laugh anymore about Scooter! :|
They must change something before its too late!!!!

As far as I know JAOTW didn't need 49 weeks to get gold - it received the golden award several weeks before, it was rather close to the platinum award.

But one thing is true: Since the success of JAOTW they tried to find a trendy style for the upcoming albums (HP even said in the interview on the 'Caught by the radar'-DVD: "After the success of JAOTW we thought:'What can we do next?', and then we discovered hardstyle and thought:'This fits to Scooter perfectly. So we listened into many hardstyle tracks to become familiar with that genre and then we started to produce the tracks for UTROTT.')
In this fixation to certain styles they lost their own unique style consisting of several influences and ideas put together to sth. round and catchy.
Look at tracks like "Weekend!" - it's a perfect mix of happy hardcore, dance, hands up! and trance influences with a touch of stadium atmosphere. Tracks like "Sex and drugs and rock'n'roll" try to imitate electro house tracks like "Welcome to St. Tropez" - but there's nothing special Scooter add to those tracks - a nice demonstration that they are also able to produce electro house, but nothing more.
And in fomer times Scooter always had their unique sound.

On the whole I think it's a bit a Kontor problem. Not only the promotion and release thing, but also that nearly every Kontor artist produces electro house today. No more variety, similar sounds overall. And it is possible that Eric Chase and Chris Avantgarde had the mission to help Scooter on this electro house train.

Scooter must move back to the old studio in Hamburg Bramfeld again from the new in Hamburg Ottensen!
Maybe the old place will bring the old success back! ;)

Maybe it's better that the next album will be again a happy-hardcore album. I think everybody
will love it.

hopefully lot's of visitors of the Big Mash Up Tour too!.

We will see.

this is my dreams for years! But Scooter will never make happy hardcore again i think! :(
My dream would be CD1 with old Happy Hardcore style and
a CD2 only with slow love songs

so folks,

see you then, be good bye bye!!!

It is a pity, particularly as I really like "Its a Biz". One thing I know with the massive crowds out to see Scooter at Hamburg, there's plenty more the guys will give us, be it new singles or tours, and many many fans across Europe that still want the Scooter! :)

Hah, dammmmn! Ain't got much to say, people have said it already: bring back proper Scooter style that they do naturally, not something forced to match the current styles, make the song have good flow and energy, a C-part. And a b-side. And promote the f*ck out of the single everywhere well before the release. I'm shocked this did worse than CB, which to me has been the worst single edit ever. Ironically this has done well here if I read right, and they haven't done well here in a while I think. It's still strange, as this song was a large improvement and again had more energy and all that. I really hope they'll be doing the next single following the fans' advice on facebook; either old-school or trance. I hope this won't dampen their spirits for Berlin.

Maybe, despite the irony, it did worse because it's not made in a popular style

I'm not surprised at all. They should finally start producing innovative music with passion instead quick money cover productions in time or start remixing again and stop Scooter before they get forced to stop because they will not enter the sales charts anymore. Scooter is just old repeating cheese for the masses anymore.

bad Promo..Bad Promo..BLA BLA BLA....

Everything that Scooter needs is another Twist in a Musical way. The Twist from Happy Hardcore to "Hardcortechno", teh Twist from Hardcore techno to Jumpstylethe Twist from Jumpstyle to Hardstyle...und now Hardstyle to Dubstep? MÄÄÄÄP! NOOOOT!

Scooter needs no Dubstep, thei should do what is expectet und what is Scooter...Hard n Happy Musik, Dancable or Just something TO FREAK OUT!!!

The last Tracks are all..tsh same Boiring S*it...

Fresh Sounds, Fresh Lyrics, Fresh Samples...Combined in a, Fast Dynamic Track...Scooter should go Back to, that what its CALLED A BAND ^^

And not, to be H.P! In TV, an Stage, In Interviews, or in a Stupid X Factor Jury...

Taking a step BACK, to gets another look on their Musik, and than. Give Rock the Mouse, to Create...a typical..fresh and dynamic Track.

With Samples like, The Only one, samples like, Its a Bitz...that has a looot more Potential....seen in Avcii, Lvls or Flo Ridas Good Feelings....this is a sample Used in TWO tracks...paket in a Unique Track.

Like Scooter have done it in the Past.
