I still have my original iPad, although its been hard to resist the later versions, but for what I want they can't be justified, also I only have an iPhone 3s. I do love Apple products though and have no regrets going from pc to iMac :)

I love my iPod Classic, iPhone 4S and iPad 3.

I always update to the newest Apple products. Call me a sucker but I pay either nothing or next to nothing to upgrade via selling my old stuff or dodgy trade ins via my friend who works in a phone shop. Mwa ha ha ha.
I like playing video games :)
If you have a 3DS or a Wii U send me a PM and we can exchange codes!

I'm fed up with all those things too, and in addition I keep raging about the user interface of mobiles. I simply hate them. No matter what phone I try the interface is slow, unresponsive, f*cking unreliable, full of bugs that appear soon in use. Of course it's clear why; they have so many different, pointless layers there, software in each is written fast as hell, testing minimal. I remember with joy the old Nokias (the only ones that are good from that brand) where stuff was written in assembly (and maybe some C) and it was throughoutly tested. It worked so well. (At least this is what I remember, time might have polished my memory of all the ugly stuff but I think they were much better then.)

the price is the key. I am in love with High end smartphones, thats what I waited for since i was born. You need to get a high price phone as the iphone or my HTC One X for 700€ to have no problems. Almost all top rated phones are very reliable and very very comfortably.

In my opinion iphones and HTC's High end smartphones are the best you can get nowadays. They are fast, reliable, comfortably, packed full with features. The overall handling (OS, web, mail, social media, news and so on) is awesome. Without overreacting i would say my smartphone went to my most important materialistic thing in my life. I just love it so much to have a fast and stable internet access all the time, wherever you are.

Of course, smartphones have a huge disadvantage: Being kind of observed all the time, quite expensive, life span is much shorter compared to phones 10 years ago.

But i think a smartphone has almost nothing to do with an usual phone from 10 years ago anymore. Its only text messaging and calling that are in common.

What i find very fascinating about smartphones is that hey have man things in common with the items many prople are using in movies playing in the futur. A tiny item for allmost all needs: Shopping, browsing, calling, mailing, tv, radio, camera, socialising, booking flights and hotels, pocket calender, newspaper, gaming and so on. this is such a device although in the very first stage of development. Smartphones will develope in the far futur to a massive device, channging the daily behaviour of humans radically.

Do you have any problems whit your device? flickering screen on grey backgrounds, when you press on the left or right on your screen does the tft screen effekt apere? does the glass fit the phone ? no scrren glitches take a pice of paper and try to fit it betwen glass and edge? yellow spots on screen on white backgrounds and so on..

then we have the sw issues whit the phone lagging when return to homescrren and the amount of ram sence is eating.
